Team Building, Events and Adventure

Core Focus 7

How often has your company got this wrong too?

“A man once said to the fire, “give me some heat and then I will give you some wood”.

The staff, the people, the ambiance, the freedom, the integration, the trust, the respect;

these are the things that make up the wood,

get the wood and then check the FIRE!

Seminars, Workshops, Adventure & Teambuilding

Have you ever done a team build? I mean a proper teambuild, or have you just gone out and had a “social”?

An example of some activities that your teams can experience…

#1 Cosmic Slop … Your Space craft has just crashed you all need to work together, using everyone’s ideas for the best way over the deadly cosmic slop to the other half of your space craft. Using only 3 poles and a piece of rope lying around from the crash.

#2 Traffic Jam … The team is divided into two smaller teams, they will each stand on a separate block in a straight line with one extra free block in the middle of the two teams. They will need to get each member onto the other sides blocks, but only one person may move at a time and it can only be onto the free block.

#3 Rush Hour Traffic … Escape! That’s the goal. Rush hour traffic is a premier sliding strategic obstacle course designed to challenge your sequential-thinking skills (and perhaps your traffic-officer aspirations as well). There is only one exit. You must shift the blocking cars and trucks out of your way until the path is cleared to make good your escape. Time is of the essence.

There are another 93 activities that can be coordinated to ensure your staff and employees form a tighter unit. Ranging from low impact to high intensity brain “krag”.

Preferred area for activities is at Bushwhackers, which is close, convenient and a whole lot of fun!

For those with big budgets, waterfall zip-lining and abseiling, we go off to Tsitsikamma.

Interrupt the process, change the norm, and act today!
